Print the pdf first
After that affix the photo as given below
Sign and take care that the right side does not go outside the signature box. and fill the AO code.

उसके बाद निचे दिए गए चित्र के अनुसार फोटो चिपकाए
और signature करे ध्यान रखे की right side signature बॉक्स के बहार न जाये और AO code fill करे
♦ Step #2
Now select the title and fill the name of the applicant.
अब title select करे और आवेदक का नाम fill करे

♦ Step #3
Have you ever been known by any other name? Here select “NO” and select Gender and fill the date of birth.
Have you ever been known by any other name? यहाँ पर “NO” select करे और Gender select करे और जन्म तिथि भरे
♦ Step #4
Now fill father’s name here and select “Father’s name” below, if you are filling mother’s name then select “Mother’s name”.
अब यहाँ पर पिता का नाम fill करे और निचे “Father’s name”select करे यदि आप माँ का नाम fill करे रहे हो तो “Mother’s name” select करे
♦ Step #5
fill the address here.
यहाँ address fill करे
♦ Step #6
If you are filling the same address as on the Aadhar card, then select “Residence”, if you are filling any other address then select “Office”. Now fill 91 more mobile number email id in “Country code”. In Status of applicant, if you are making PAN card of any person then select “Individual”.
यदि आप आधार कार्ड पर जो address है वो ही fill कर रहे है तो “Residence” select करे यदि आप और कोइ address fill कर रहे है तो “Office” select करे , अब “Country code” में 91 और mobile number email id fill करे , Status of applicant में यदि आप किसी व्यक्ति का pan card बना रहे हो तो “Individual” select करे
♦ Step #7
Here fill the aadhar number and the name of the applicant and select “No Income” in the income source.
यहाँ पर aadhar number और आवेदक का नाम fill करे और Income source में “No Icome” select करे
♦ Step #8
Fill the document that you are uploading with the form, as if I am uploading the Aadhar card, then I have filled the Aadhar card. And 16. I/We fill in the name of the applicant in the number And fill the place date written Him self and sign.
आप जो document form के साथ upload करे रहे हो वो यहाँ पर fill करे जैसे में आधार कार्ड upload कर रहा हु तो मेने आधार कार्ड fill कर दिया है और 16. नंबर में I/We इमे आवेदक का नाम fill करे और Him self लिखे place date fill करे और signature करे
