UTI form ko edit karne ke liye pehle aapako uti.mypancenter.com ees link par click kar id ko login kar lena he agar aapake paas id ka user password nhi he to aap new id create kar sakte he

- form ko edit karne ke liye aapko “Pre& Main Form Edit” par click karna he usake baad aapako ye form fill karna hoga ees form aapko sabse pehle “Form Entry Level” select karna he ki apaka form konse lavel par ye jaise New Pan form , New Pan Objection , CSF Pan Form(correction form), CSF Pan Objection
- “Choose Edit Item ” ees me aapako pan form me kya edit karna he vo select karna hoga
- “Application / Coupon Number” ees me aapako apane pan form ko coupon number ya reference number fill karna he
- “Wrong Item Name(Before!)” ees form me aapane form jo wrong item fill kiya he vo fill karna he jaise agar aapane pan form me applicant ke name wrong fill kar diya he to ees option me aapako aaplicant ka wrong name hi fill karna he jo aapake pan form me abhi he
- “Correct Item Name(New!)” ees me aapako jo details aapako sahi karna he jaise agar aapane pan form me applicant name wrong fill ho he to abhi aapako applicant ka sahi name fill karna hoga jo name aap pan card par chahte he
- “Aadhar/Other Proof Upload (pdf,jpg)” ees me aapako applicant ka proof upload karna hoga jaise ki aadhar
- “Enter UTI PSA Site Username” ees option me aapko UTI PSA id jis id se aap pan card apply karte he us id ka user id fill karna he vese to user id auto hi fill ho jata he but kabhi auto fill nhi ho ya aapako aapane kisi friend ka id me se form koe edit karna ho to friends ki id ka user fill karna he
- “UTI PSA Site Password” es option me aapko UTI PSA id jis id se aap pan card apply karte he us id ka password fill karna he
- last me aapko “Send Request” par click kar dena he aapaka Request chala jayega Request approved hote hi aapaka form sahi ho gya hoga aap aapana uti psa id open kar check kar sakte he
